NEET PG 2026 Exam Centre & City List
NEET PG 2026 will be conducted across approximately 250+ cities in India, with the exact centre address confirmed only on the admit card — not on the earlier city intimation slip.
How City & Centre Allotment Works
NBEMS allots cities in two stages. First, your preferred cities (chosen during registration) are matched against available test centre capacity, and a city intimation slip is issued around Aug 14–16, 2026. Later, the exact venue within that city is finalised and shared via the admit card around Aug 27, 2026. Centre allotment is based on city preference order, application timing, and centre capacity — not on candidate roll number alone.
State-wise Spread
Test centres are spread across all major states and union territories, concentrated in state capitals and tier-1/tier-2 cities with established CBT infrastructure — including metros like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad, along with state capitals and major medical-college cities in every region. The exact list of 250+ operational cities for 2026 is released in the official information bulletin; it can shift slightly year to year based on test-centre vendor availability.
Tentative: A specific city-by-city list for NEET PG 2026 has not been officially published at the time of writing. Refer to the NBEMS information bulletin for the confirmed list.
Travel & Accommodation Tips
- The exam falls on a Sunday — book train/flight tickets early as weekend demand from other candidates is high.
- If allotted an out-of-home-city centre, plan to arrive the evening before to avoid travel-day fatigue.
- Keep a printed map/route to the centre; GPS navigation can be unreliable in some areas.
- Reach the centre at least 60–90 minutes before the reporting time stated on the admit card.
