A high-yield topic list is only useful if converted into scheduled study blocks. A practical approach: allocate the largest number of weekly study sessions to Medicine, Surgery, and OBG high-yield topics first, since they carry the most questions and the most repeat-concept value across years. Layer in Pathology and PSM next, since both have well-defined, list-able high-yield areas (tumour markers, biostatistics formulas) that are efficient to memorise.
