Common Errors and How to Handle Them
Name or date of birth is wrong on the admit card
Contact AIIMS immediately at the helpdesk email/number listed on the admit card page. Do not wait — corrections are only possible before a cut-off date that AIIMS specifies.
Forgot password and cannot log in
Use the "Forgot Password" link on aiimsexams.ac.in. Reset is sent to your registered email. If you no longer have access to that email, contact AIIMS helpdesk with your application number.
Photo or signature is blurry / incorrect
A blurry photo on the admit card is generally not a ground for rejection as long as your identity can be verified at centre. Carry your original ID proof. For a clearly wrong photo (someone else's), contact AIIMS.
Exam centre allotted is in a different city than preferred
AIIMS allots centres based on preference submitted during registration, but does not guarantee the same. Centre changes post-allotment are generally not allowed. Plan travel and accommodation immediately once the admit card releases.
