INICET November 2026 Result
The INICET November 2026 result is expected on November 7, 2026 — just six days after the exam. This is the fastest result turnaround of any major medical PG entrance exam in India. The result is published as a PDF merit list on aiimsexams.ac.in, listing candidates by roll number along with their percentile score and category rank.

What the INICET Result PDF Shows
The INICET result is not a detailed scorecard like NEET PG. AIIMS publishes a merit list in PDF format that contains:
- ✓ Your roll number
- ✓ Your percentile score (not raw marks)
- ✓ Your category rank (UR / OBC / SC / ST / EWS)
- ✓ Whether you qualify for counselling (percentile ≥ 50th for UR)
What it does NOT show: Individual question-wise answers, subject-wise scores, or raw marks out of 200. Since AIIMS does not release an answer key, you cannot independently verify your score from the result alone.
After the Result — What Happens Next
| Step 1 | Result released — check your rank on aiimsexams.ac.in (Nov 7) |
| Step 2 | Mock counselling round — practice choice filling (mid-Nov, expected) |
| Step 3 | Counselling Round 1 — fill choices, allotment (late Nov, expected) |
| Step 4 | Counselling Round 2 — upgrades and unfilled seats (Dec, expected) |
| Step 5 | Open Round and Stray Vacancy Round (if applicable) |
| Step 6 | Joining at allotted institute — January 2027 batch start |
Remember: Your INICET rank is valid for the November 2026 session's counselling only. It is not carried forward if you do not join or if you wish to appear again in May 2027.
Why Results Come in 6 Days
AIIMS can declare results in 6 days because the exam is fully computer-based with locked answer keys — there is no human evaluation, no objection window, and no answer key challenge process. The scoring algorithm runs automatically and results are compiled and published within the week. Compare this to NEET PG, which takes 2–3 weeks (partly due to the objection challenge process), or UPSC CMS, which takes months (due to paper-based evaluation and interview scheduling).
